"I am a female so I guess she felt I didn't know what the difference in high cost and good price on products I ask for a headlight for my Hyundai Santa Fe 2019 when she go back there and get the most expensive one my bill was like $52 because she said if one headlight went out the other one going to go out so just get the two pack then she tried to give me some kind of cream or something to go on the headlight and I hurt my husband say that cream if you wipe it sometimes it blow the light again so guess what I'm going to have to come right back anyway they didn't work out she could have explained it more about the prices she just got the first one she saw cuz a little female and by myself gets to hurry up and get me out of the store but it's okay I went to the AutoZone on Jonesboro Road said the same thing and I only paid $17 for the basic headlights double pack"

"When I arrived I explained that I was there for a battery swap and they stated ok sure be right with you. I said no rush take your time. That they did! There were originally 2 young employees and 1 older guy that I am guessing was the store manager in the store I’m now guess the manager left. I waited inside waking around watching as they took customer after customer. There was 1 customer left in the store when I finally asked them approximately how much longer, they shrugged their shoulders looking at one another. One finally said you’re next after I make a call. (I had to be I was all that was in the store). I was extremely nice from the moment I arrived but an hour and a half was a bit much."
