"I dropped off a vintage Omega Seamaster to have the crystal replaced and the watch serviced. I was told it would take about 4 weeks. After that time had passed, I called and was told the watch was not ready. Every few weeks I would call back and get another excuse. This went on for FIVE months. I was as nice as I could be and gave them every opportunity to fix the watch, but after five months, I asked for the watch back. They returned it to me in non working condition with the crown not installed. The watch is worse off now than when I dropped it off. I will NEVER recommend this place."
"Awesome experience. They was able to handle like 10 particular items that were changed to a custom fix. I have been coming to them for 31 years and have been satisfied every single time. Definitely a 5 STAR!!!!!"
"My jewelry was never fixed correctly. I took it back several times and I had to repay. This place is not good for jewelry repairs at all. Also, they broke my bracelet in more places, so they wouldn't have to repair it. I would file a lawsuit, but I'm busy with other cases."
