"I can’t help but to say this! IF THE SIGN SAYS U OPEN AT 8am THEN THE DOOR SHOULD BE OPEN AT 8am. I have come to this store on several occasions and they never open when they say they do! The store manager had the nerve to have an attitude because I knocked on the door. Well this wouldn’t happen if EVERYTIME I came to the store at opening time an the door still being locked.Don’t get me wrong I know it takes time to get the store opened but we have things to do as well."
"Don't go to the bathroom while your there.. they will acuse you of stealing.. I just left the store and will never go back. and will tell everyone I know not to go to that store # 11459. I called corporate office to report these accusations. I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life. and I've never stolen anything. It was the most humiliating and embracing thing I've ever experienced in my life. And the worst part is I offered to let her check my purse and my body to prove I hadn't taken anything and she told me no that's ok.. but then went to the bathroom to check and see if I had..And again I offered to let her check my belongings before I left.. I guess it was enough for her to accuse and humilate me in front of other customers. So wrong !! As and so rude !!"
"Went to buy trashbags and the cashier said g"to that other line I'm twirling my wig haha busy working." It's attitudes like that, that make customers not want to come back. They should not have someone in there that's too busy "twirling her wig" to ring up somebody with one single item. What has work ethic come to these days."
"I'm always happy to come to this store. It used to be convenient as I was staying with relatives in the area. However I now live on the other side of town. So when I visit my relatives. I stop in for those items I need. Simply because they are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and even when they have a surplus running out into the lanes. The keep it neat and organized. Thanks for doing a great job."
