"Terrible!!! One register open on a Sunday. The other lady there was telling customers the register was down and it would take 15 mins to come back on. IT CAME BACK ON IN 2 MINS. The lady was complaining all while I was there, in front os customers. I love the store, but don't like the customer service !!!"

"All the pricing labels are wrong, you expect to spend one thing and your total is $5/6 more than what is advertised. All the staff including the Manager need customer service training, all conversation are not meant for the customer to hear, and profanity this is a big no no. I know businesses are hurting for staff but the Manager has to be able to hold staff to a higher standard, but if he is involved in these inappropriate topics what do you expect from the staff. Retraining is a must at this store. I can say the young man that waited on me today was very professional which im not use to seeing this at the Floyd store location, prices were just all wrong."

"Staff is always friendly, but on two different occasions I received expired merchandise. Once previously with Reese it was like 4 months old and yesterday my daughter got chips that expired in January and its September! Check your dates before buying"

"Just about every single time, the so-called manager shows why the store is a mess. Might be due to the mindset they have. Don't worry though if you don't mind finding what you're looking for on the floor, going through a maze to find what you're looking for, or maybe even getting shot in the parking lot while leaving. Just don't ask too many questions. Seems as though they may be a little overworked. Maybe if they had better management they would know what to do a little more efficiently. Rethink this whole situation please Family Dollar."
