"I was looking for a product. When I googled for it, it showed me 2 places that had it. I ordered it online and went to pick it up today. It was my very 1st time here. When I went in, I went to the register and asked the cashier if this is where I come to pick up my online order. She said "You didn't see it when you walked in"? I said, ma'am this is my 1st time here. I don't know your procedure. I was instructed to bring my I.D. and confirmation of the order". She then directed me where to go to retrieve my online order. I retrieved my order and went back to the counter to show my I.D. and confirmation email. She and the older lady said they didn't need to see it. By then, I was baffled and wanted to say "So I can just walk in, retrieve any package from the online/pickup orders and just leave! That makes no sense to me. The customer service is VERY POOR. They really told me to just take whatever and leave. We don't care if you're the one that purchased it or not!!!"
"They have Halloween stuff! Unlike most of their competitors. Different styles of Halloween stuff too! Some more for kids- like the October countdown, some more classy- like the purple and black "gothic romance" looking collection. I'm in love. AND it was all 40% off when I went! Store was clean and customer service was great too."
