"Disappointing experience. Ordered $2k necklace online for pickup. Called three times the day before to verify that the order was ready but with no answer. Called the next day and asked for a call back. No response. Went to the store. Waited in line 20 min. Learned that the item ordered was damaged. Given that it’s now three days before Xmas, not enough time for them to ship one (note they did not offer but I asked). . I asked for an empty bag or box so I could put an IOU under the tree for Xmas. I was told that this would not be possible. . No spare paper bags apparently! Give me a break."
