"I placed a big order online and some items arrived damaged/broken. I contacted them via email with photos of the damaged items. I had not heard back so I called and they said they would issue a refund that day. I never received it. I have called 6 times to check in. I will speak with someone and they say they will tell the manager. I have also emailed 5 times to with no response at all. I'm very disappointed in their customer service and lack of response plus I NEVER received my refund and it has been almost a month."
