"Will NEVER order from Kendra Scott ever again!!! Ordered a necklace for my daughter and got sent the wrong one. Not even close to what I ordered. Been trying to reach customer service since Monday. Have not been able to talk to one person to fix this issues. Can't even resolve this issues with the live chat. Why is Kendra Scott customer service so busy? Are they messing up everyone else's order?! This is ridiculous! Have never dealt with a company with this kind of customer service. Would give zero stars but that is not an option."

"We stopped by the store to pick up a Christmas gift for my 14 year old daughter. The store was organized beautifully. The sales associate was very knowledgeable, but many of the matching sets were sold out. There weren't very many people in the store so it became annoying when the associate working with us would go in the back to find stock another one would stand guard over us repeating the specials of the day. I found a beautifully set they wrapped in a cute box."

"Complicit in a parking scam. The shops in this lot have terrible signage on purpose to trick patrons into parking here and then booting their cars. Parking company was very rude and knew that the signs were deceiving. Parking attendant laughed as he removed my boot off my truck and said “should have read the fine print”. It’s a shame that these stores allow this to go on. Put up better signs and don’t allow this parking company to pray on your customers"

"My fiancé, her mother and I went into Kendra Scott looking to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and redeem her discount. The customer service was amazing and they offered us complementary champagne and macaroons! We likes the options and designs for the jewelry. What stood out to us was Shantey(sorry for the spelling), who welcomed us when we walked in and assisted us with our purchase. She was so friendly! Thank you for the great experience."

"My mom and I went into the store last night with a gift card to use at the color bar. The first sales associate that greeted me stayed with me for about 5 minutes, but the second her shift was over, she immediately left in the middle of “helping” me to “go get a pretzel”. There were two other associates in the store, but they didn’t show much interest in helping me as they had other customers coming in and out of the store. Not to mention several of the styles and stones I asked to see were out of stock; I had to personally search the floor for a specific stone because the sales associates didn’t put much effort in helping me find what I wanted. This was not my first Kendra Scott piece, so I knew what I wanted and should have been a very easy customer. I am a laid back person and understand the importance of leaving work on time, but overall, I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior by the sales associates at a supposedly upscale store. I will never return to this store again."
