When I asked to see the inscription (which confirms that is certified) on the diamond, I was told the inscription "did not matter and I should trust her". When I asked for the jeweler to show me the inscription again, she told me the jeweler was "on vacation". No one will appraise this fake ring because the diamond does not match the certification card. Look up their Better Business Bureau Complaints before shopping at this store. Any other people that were scammed, please reach out file a police report with the Jonesboro police department so there a legal record when a lawsuit is filed. Shazz, show me the inscription on the diamond I purchased that matches the phony certification you gave me or give me a refund. Fraud is a crime and even further, you gave us fraudulent documents through email. Will be filing a police report and getting legal counsel. UPDATE: After an intense battle and multiple visits to the store, I exchanged the ring for a lab-grown diamond. Due to the struggle and mental anguish my fiancé and I had to endure to get to this resolution. I have decided to keep my review up as a cautionary tale."
