"Phyillis seem to be real irritated or bothered for some reason. She didn’t greet upon arrival to store. Even after she came out to begin the piercing no hey or anything. Just seemed she wanted to just rush us. Also, didn’t make any recommendations considering the fact my daughter is only 5 months. She decided to mention after I had decided on an earring for her ear. Glad I went to Icing upstairs the customer service was amazing."
"I paid for real diamond earrings for my baby daughter and later went to get them checked and they were not real diamond earrings like I paid for they got over on me and did nothing to help me solve the issue still haven't heard from corporate to this day NOT GOOD BUSINESS!"
