"Owner was very nice and the prices were fair. I had a ring polished and another ring's diamond reset and it was $20.00 each which seems to be his minimum per service. Both ring's work wasn't the BEST but it was still good for the price. He also has a few knick knacks and novelties for sale in the store and some are a bit expensive. I did end up buying an electronic component and didn't mind the bit of extra money since he was a nice guy. He doesn't seem to have much jewelry so it seems more like he's a jewelry repair place than an actual jewelry store. A lot of reviews don't mention that he's Vietnamese which is an important note to make, we have a lot of Vietnamese in this area so he can be quite helpful to those who don't speak very good English. I spoke to him entirely in English and had no issues. Would definitely come back again for jewelry repair!"
"Inside the shopping center on the side of Wal-Mart. Very easy to spot. Not much parking spaces available. I've been getting my battery replaced in my ⌚️ for a long time. Great prices & good friendly service. I'd recomend this store for your jewelry and ⌚️ repairs."

"The owner is extremely helpful in answering your questions regarding your jewelry repair, watch service, or cellular phone needs. He is pleasant, professional, and to the point. It's ashamed that more private business owners don't operate like Queens Jewelry. Watch batteries and minor repairs are handled while you wait, awesome service in today's world!"
