"Here I am thinking I was going to be the only negative review. All I was going for was to get my wedding ring sized. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Had my ring for 3 days to not size it and tell me it would be an additional $50 on top of what I paid just to put adjuster in it. Make it make sense. After being talked to like a piece of trash, they gave my money and ring back. They are very shady and I hope you take head to the reviews. I usually check reviews everywhere I go, but being that I was in the mall already, I stopped in. BEWARE"

"I got my watch for Christmas and never wore it so it needed to be sized. I took it to the so called jewelry repair shop. Wore it one time and it fell off my arm. Took it back for them to fix it and they wanted to charge for their mistake. Don't waste your time or money"

"Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I bought my wife a piece of jewelry for her birthday, when she ended up not liking. Their website specifically say 7 day return policy which we were within. They refused to refund and I m now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Never in my life I have been to a jewelry store that didn't honor their OWN return policy. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Not to mention the timepiece I bought didn't come with any paperwork of authenticity nor information about the diamonds in them. Which I was told I would get upon pickup since I wasn't able to take it with me the day I purchased it because they had to make adjusted to the band of the timepiece.SHADY, SHADY, SHADY and they do not stand by their word. If you are looking to buy high end luxury jewelry shop around and go to place that is reputable and positive reviews. I should have done my due diligence but I didnt because I was going off of a friends recommendation."
