"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!! Went to get the battery replaced on a seiko prospex, when I went to go pick up the my watch I noticed that 1 of the screw down buttons was stuck, when I brought it the guys attention he kept on saying “no don’t touch it it’s ok it’s ok” when clearly it wasn’t, and he refused to do anything about it, so he basically changed my battery and damaged my watch at the same time!"

I discovered that the clasp was broken or possibly the same one that was broken initially. I paid $20.00 to replace the clasp. I had to return the next day to get it fixed. Had to leave it yet again and pick up on Tuesday afternoon. I made sure it was working before I left."
