"By far the worst experience of my daughter and I’s lives. We went to get my 4 year olds ears pierced at Claire’s yesterday. The girl who did the piercing had to be 15 years old . She was very nervous and had to keep calling a manager over the phone because she wasn’t there at the store to assist her. She was very shaken up when it came down to piercing my daughters ear. The first piercing she was able to do but had an issue putting the back on it. She doesn’t know how to be playful and distract children from what’s happening. Again , she was extremely nervous. She even had to stop in the beginning of doing the second one because she was too shakey. She pierced the second one wrong and couldn’t get it all the way through , my daughters ear was bleeding profusely. She had to run out into the Walmart to get stuff to stop the bleeding because she had nothing on hand. She then called her manager ( who wasn’t on site ) she called her on the phone so she could explain to me how I would still have to pay. She is extremely ghetto , condescending, sarcastic and flat out rude. I can’t even believe they have her in a managers position. I wish I would have recorded the phone call to send to corporate. I have never been spoken to like that by a manager ANYWHERE! Next time I know to go to a professional piercing place to get any future piercings."
