"I took my 12 yr old daughter here to get layers and maybe curtain bangs. My daughter is going through that self conscious, naive stage And wanted a new look for this summer. As my daughter was explaining the haircut to the lady, showing her photos, she was dismissive, saying her forehead was too short for curtain bangs and it wouldn't look right. With cultural differences, she made a snarky face and started shaking her head. I jumped in trying to salvage the encounter, and said long layers would be fine, and she began cutting her hair. When she spoke, all she kept saying was how big my daughter was for 12 and how her daughter of the same age was a little thing. She was so rude and inappropriate, it was unreal. We left and swore never to go back. I ended up watching a YouTube video how to cut layers and curtain bangs. It took me less than an hour to give her the haircut she wanted and it looks beautiful with her face and she's ecstatic. She didn't know how to cut it the way she wanted and tried hiding her incompetence by covering it up with misdirected insults. Don't bring your kids here."

"If I could give no stars I would!!! I asked for a simple trim a trim!!!!! She cut it showed me the amount and it was fine next thing I knew she is just chopping talking about it look better like this!! It took me over a year to get my hair the length it was only to have 6 inches cut off of it!! I asked for a simple trim now I have to look like a dude for the next 6 months and the lady still made me pay because she said it looked better shorter how can u just decide u like something and make a permit decision about my hair!!!!!!!"

She helped me understand what condition my hair was really in and showed me things I can do to improve it.
