"I’ve never posted reviews before but I felt responsible to get this one out. Faz graciously came in on her off day before Christmas to cut my hair, which I didn’t ask her to but only requested a certain day. When I arrived it was clear she was sick, coughing and sneezing without a mask. She told me not to worry, it wasn’t covid and she wasn’t contagious. A week later my husband and I developed the most intense respiratory symptoms as we were trying to see family for the holidays. We both tested positive for RSV, ruining our holidays, putting older family members at risk, and we are still sick weeks later with respiratory infections and ear infections. Faz, if you are sick and you come in on your off day without wearing a mask, you are responsible for the people you infect. This is dangerous, irresponsible, and unprofessional. Also you should ask permission before posting photos of your clients on social media. Unfortunately I’ll never be back. Get well soon."
