"I made an appointment with Alex to get a micro beaded weave. She pretty much gave me what SHE wanted... which was a raggedy sew-in and charged me almost $400!! If I could post the pictures, you would truly get to SEE why I am so disappointed! Thankfully my husband helped me take the mess out of my hair. I still have bumps everywhere and my scalp is burning. You can go at your own risk. If you're looking for quality work do not go there! Unfortunately for me it was NOT a good experience!"

"The atmosphere is great, the place is clean they had great music the people are very lovely. However they should be really more transparent with their prices. They charged $20 for a cut and $60 to blow dry and that didn’t include the tip. No wash or rolls were done just a cut and blow dry to straight hair. That’s expensive."

"Came to get my hair washed & straightened. Called, they stated they couldn’t give me a price over the phone. Came in & the price they gave me was $45. Got my hair washed & straightened. Service was fine until it was time to pay. They added their own tip, my total was $66. I addressed it & she stated the service plus $20. Very unprofessional & practically stealing!!!! I would’ve tipped, but kindly walked out. Service is fine, just don’t let them get over on you."

"The service was a lot higher than I’m used to but service WAS great and the staff was extra friendly. It would have been 5 stars but when I called on a Tuesday at 1PM and asked if I could come at 5:30, the woman told me no problem, although they stop taking people at 5. I rushed through traffic and arrived at 5:15 just for them to be completely closed! I was so annoyed because had she just said no, I could have went elsewhere. This was bad customer service making me waste gas and time. I probably won’t be back"

"Took my daughter for first time for a perm and style. They took forever and a day and she came out with her hair smelling burnt. Definitely was not impressed and would not recommend them. They were not nice nor understanding."
