"Chally was referred by a mutual friend. He came to my residence (from Suwanee to Villa Rica) for an estimate therefore he knew the travel distance and time it took for this job. Chally was either late or a complete no-show each time he informed he would be onsite. The project started spring 2022 and to date has STILL has not been completed in 2023. Chally has now completely abandoned the project (won’t respond to calls or text messages). I made the mistake of paying for the entire project (because of the mutual friend). Therefore his actions indicate that he no longer has to complete the job since he has been paid. The sump pump he installed had to be repaired by another plumber because he failed to provide the warranty information (it was associated with his business) so I could not register it. The shower/tub plumbing always shoots out muddy water when turning it on. Hire him at your own risk as my experience is now causing me to spend double to have an another plumber to correct and finish his mistakes."

"Water was leaking, causing a huge puddle in my neighbor’s driveway (We are in a small townhouse community). Chally came on Saturday for a diagnosis and found that a leaking part of our underground water pipe system was underneath my neighbor’s driveway. So it was not possible to fix it without affecting my neighbor’s property. Chally came up with an innovative water line installation – a non-invasive method under the concrete pavement and a new pipe hung up in our garage to the indoor shut-off valve. He used two types of copper pipes and insisted on underground copper pipes to be type K (the thickest) even though it took two days to get supplied. (The delay was not his fault though.) Chally is a man with integrity who did not compromise the quality for his benefit and delivered the solution in the customer’s best interest. He is very knowledgeable. Great quote, very professional, excellent teamwork. He even replanted the greenery after the replacement. I am delighted with his final output and would definitely recommend. Simply outstanding!"
