"My Samsung 2009 French Door refrigerator was not cooling properly. I spoke to Josh on the phone and he thought it sounded like a computer board problem but he would be able to come out the next day to assess. He came out and diagnosed it as an inverter board that had gone bad. He showed me the part # & where to order the part online. He showed me how to unplug the current board when the new one arrived—pretty easy! The suggested the part came within a few days. I was able to plug it in and now my fridge seems to be running well again! He even took a look at my dryer while he was here on the service call for the fridge (and gave me some tips to check if my issue happened again with that- before needing to call for service. Very happy with his services will call again when needed! Nice guy, too!"
