"Stopped by and asked if thy had a gasket for my TH400 speedometer cable. They said no, but would order it. Took my number and I never got a call back. I called 2 weeks later and was told that someone would call me back that afternoon with a status. That never happened. If I can’t trust them on their word for a small part, I would not trust them with any repairs. I also understand there was no big money to getting me the gasket, and if that was the case, just be upfront and tell me they aren’t in the parts ordering business. I would have understood."
