"If you have all day to wait on your car then this is the place to go or if you are somebody like me who wants to actually enjoy the weekend then NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE! I scheduled an appointment online at 11:00 and I only scheduled here because I got a free oil change in the mail so I figured I would try them out . The man in the office told me it would be an hour until they had my car ready by 12:30 my car hasn’t even gotten pulled in at all . When I ask the man at the desk when my car would be done he informed me I was next but needed another 45 mins . That means my car wouldn’t have gotten done till 1:15 if they actually pulled it in and did it within 45 mins . That would be 2 hours and 15 mins after my appointment time for an OIL CHANGE !!!! The man then informed me there was only one technician doing oil changes which I don’t see how with an hour and 30 mins he couldn’t have pulled my car in to get it done. I did go across the street after I told the guy he can give me my keys back and went to another mechanic shop who got me in with 5 mins and out in 15 mins . I will NEVER come back here . Don’t offer a free oil change in the mail if your service sucks that bad ."
