"These folks did a nice job on some collision repair on our Subaru outback last year, and we were very happy with the results and their communications. I recently came in to ask them if they could put in a trim piece that had fallen off our car, but I guess they were busy, and I left with the impression they couldn't be bothered. I couldn't have been more wrong though: After registering a complaint, David called me back in less than an hour and got things sorted out. He was so apologetic that I honestly feel bad for complaining. It's clear that David and the Auto Image team care a lot about customer service and insuring that people are happy with their service. "Amazing Experience! My car was in an accident and caused damage to the rear end of the car by the trunk. I filed a claim with my insurance and they said the repairs would be about $2,500 and that I could take it to any body shop I would like. I chose Auto Image since it is close to my home and comes highly recommended. They quickly took a look at the vehicle and came back with their estimate which was a little bit more. They figured out the difference with the insurance company quickly and got me scheduled quickly for repairs. Throughout the experience, the communication was amazing. They always let me know updates and were always available for me to stop by or answer questions on the phone. There were some issues with problems that they found once the car was disassembled (which we assumed might be the case) so they had to go back to the insurance for additional approvals. My absolute favorite part of this process was them handling everything directly with the insurance. I didn't have to be involved at all in the back and forth with the insurance. AMAZING! My car came back pristine and was ready exactly when they said it would be. I am so happy with my experience here."
