"This place and their property management is TERRIBLE When you call to inquire about the application process, they inform you that it is a $50 application fee and a $300 deposit. They emphasize that the $300 deposit is refundable if your application is not approved for Residency. (I should have known from their reputation when they were named “The Greens at hillcrest” That it was going to be a very unprofessional process) , but I trusted that with new management and a new coat of paint that it may be a good experience… ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I applied and was denied the same exact day with very little to no explanation as to why… I never received anything in regards to my deposit being refunded to me via email or text.. the following day I called to check on my “refundable” deposit and was told that I have to wait 30 days to receive my $300 deposit. It has been almost 2 months, and I have still heard nothing from the property management company in regards to my refundable deposit. They are impossible to get in contact with, and the people at the leasing office have very little to no knowledge on the matter , And were very nonchalant when I went to speak with them I believe it is super unprofessional, and speaks volumes, but again I should have known from its prior reputation."

"DONT APPLY HERE! They will run off with your application “security deposit” and lie in your face and tell you that it’s on its way, but it will never be returned to you. I should’ve read the reviews before I applied. It is literally a SCAM a huge scam !!! do not apply!!! They are predatory and they are taking advantage of people who are already low income, which is just sad…. don’t waste your money."

"I paid a $300 holding fee $50 app fee after the application was complete the summary stated the apartment wasn’t available. Although I was denied no one from the company reached out to me to return my holding fee. I called the 800 number continuously for them to tell me they are a offsite customer service center and they will leave a message for the actual office to contact me. This went on 4 days no response. I filed a claim through my bank for my monies to be returned due to no contact from the property. I received my refund within a day from my bank. My money is loose in the name of the Father! Amen! Thank you god in me!"

"This was my home from June 2022-September 2023. The only reason I moved was because I moved out of state. The office staff helped me solve a lot of issues upon moving in, the maintenance staff did an excellent job when working on the work orders I placed and the property manager/assistant were extremely helpful whenever I needed assistance. If I ever move back to Georgia it will be here :)!!!"

"First of all coming on here and calling someone a big fat lady is just disrespectful. People leave these reviews outta pure anger that stuff didn’t turn out their way with the process and that’s not helping people who are actually interested in applying with any community. I hate how hateful people are now a days it’s sad. On another note I’m not yet an official resident but will be soon and I have had the best experience with Ms Kendra and my application process. It is a wait to the process because they have to comb through everything but she has been very helpful in letting me know updates along the way. They are doing a great job! And it’s true when you go into the office the phones are ringing non stop so they do what they can! It’s busy! And as for all other jobs staff is short in most jobs! I just wanna thank Ms Kendra for her patience with me and keeping me informed! I’m excited and can’t wait for me and my family to be new tenants of this community! Keep up the hard work ladies and do not let the anger of people bog y’all down!"
