"I had a terrible experience with this apartment. From day one, I noticed a significant bug infestation. Despite multiple complaints to the management, they failed to address the issue effectively. Living here was a nightmare, and I couldn't wait to move out. I strongly advise against renting this place if you value a pest-free living environment."

"Not only has this complex repeatedly over-charged us for renter's insurance in the past, but we lost our original unit when the pipes burst. Lost 30% of our stuff. They tried to charge us $400 to move to a new unit. We talked them out of charging us and moved to a similiar unit, though they wouldn't budge on the elderly lady's apartment above us that was also destroyed and she had to move in with her daughter elsewhere. The "new" unit is CONSTANTLY bombarded by roaches. We have bombed and sprayed nearly every week, and they don't stop. The trash overflows pretty often, because they can't keep their compactor working. They charge for "Valet Trash" service even if you don't use it. Now the WORST part (I know, crazy right?): they've been renovating the unit above us and have caused THREE floods in our kitchen in the span of three weeks. They destroyed even more of our property (including the ashes of a deceased kitty). We've reported it several times and each time we have been brushed off. If you live here: STAY VIGILANT If you're looking to move here: DON'T. STAY AWAY."

"My son and daughter in law and my fur grand babies just moved there a few weeks ago. Wonderful place. Very clean and quiet. Love the pond by the pool and the ducks and geese. Everything is very convenient."

"The only reason I left one star is because I couldn’t do 0‼️This complex is BY FAR one of the worst apartments I’ve had. I literally saw a roach on my FIRST day there as I was moving my stuff in. The trash compactor didn’t work for the first few months that I lived there and the trash was atrocious. But they have the audacity to fine you for putting your trash bag out without the trash can for valet pickup. The grounds and hallways are FILTHY! There was ALWAYS a pile of bulk trash next to the maintenance shed. My roof leaked & messed up my couch, the water ran slowly numerous times while I was there & the paint started peeling from everywhere throughout the apartment. You could tell that they just patched things up over the years. Also, roaches, roaches & more ROACHES‼️ They came to “bomb” the place multiple times but it never helped. The roaches are literally everywhere. It’s disgusting. Maria and the maintenance team are GREAT but other than that, I would not waste my time nor money renting this place out. The property manager changes every few months so you can never keep up. I gave my two month notice and was told that I would be charged two months rent because I was “skipping” out on paying my last bill. The only place they consistently pay attention to is the model that they show to lure people in. The walls are thin so you ALWAYS hear your neighbors, music & everything else. This was by far the worst year I’ve ever spent at an apartment. For them to charge $1,850 a month for rent is ridiculous when you have to deal with this nonsense."
