"-0 Star Worst ladies as customer rep I booked 3 weeks in advance on hopper, i called on my way there. Still didn't get a clean room. The second room was smelly, the floor is sticky the heater was turned on and the odor from it was terrible. Yes of course roaches. We had to travel around with our luggage and eat in our car because we were terrified the roaches we get in them. We only go there to shower basically because we were not comfortable enough to sleep there. We booked for 3 days two nights and request 2 wash cloths and was told we have to go buy our own. Lol they are a joke. Nothing funny about spending money and getting dirty rooms and terrible customer service. I do have videos and photos of the rooms and clawing roaches To management, I would appreciate it if no one replies as when we were there we were informed that there's not can be done at this point and there were so right because it was too late for us to cancel and find another room last minute. They know how to get away with .urder. as this is how we felt. If you feel the need to give a refund, you can reply I'll be more that happy to provide the info, pictures and videos."

"They did not tell me that they were spraying for bugs. When i got back to the room after my 12 hour shift my room was so thick with fumes it looked like it was full of smoke. All my clothes and bags were out, i had my toiletries out on the bathroom counter, dishes drying off in the kitchen. Everything was covered in bug spray pesticides. They took every outlet cover off and left them, along with the screws, lying on the ground in all the dust and dead bugs from inside the walls. My toothbrush has dead bugs and dust all over it!!! My dishes and everything else in the kitchenette are covered in dust and there’s dead bugs everywhere. They claim they notified me twice but i’ve only been here a day and a half of my week long stay and haven’t heard anything about this. Everyone else on my floor has been claiming the same issues and nothing is being done to fix it. Really wish i read the reviews first and never trusted the curb appeal of this place. Don’t waste your money, it’s a dump and have been treating people awful for years now."

"Nice clean rooms! Quiet at night. Safe. Close to restaurants and shopping. Close to Downtown Lawrenceville. It’s also close to hospital where I work! Nice staff! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thanks for such a great stay Latoya and Preston! We will be bringing back more people next time!"

"I work over-the-road and I finally have a chance to leave my review for the hotel. I am appalled that the state of Georgia and the Georgia Health Department has not shut this hotel down. It is the end of 2023 going into 2024. Why is this hotel infested with roaches? Management need to contract all of the exterminator companies to treat the whole area inside and outside. I booked a room at this hotel for 3 days and was unable to stay for one night. The first room the roaches meet me as soon as I walked into the room. I was then given a second room after notifying the front office. That room was worst. Three hours later I had to get a ride back to the tractor and that is where I stayed and spent the Christmas holiday. I couldn't take a chance on roaches crawling into my bags or crawling onto me. We are mandatory reporters our reviews should not go on death ears or unnoticed. Do not waste any money or your time staying here. Please don't get caught up with the price. As we were told by our elders "You get what you pay for". Let me make this clear this hotel is the one bad apple that spoils the bunch. I had great experiences with other hotels with discounted or lower prices. This hotel is that one of so many that I booked and I had no complaints. This one is infested with roaches."

"This is not even worth the money. If you have an absolute emergency I understand, other than that stay away from this roach infested drug motel. I stayed there for 10 months and as time went on things became more evident. The staff was not professional, I found out more rooms have roaches than occupants. They spray constantly and it does nothing. I couldn't get my A/C fixed when I asked about it. I was finally asked to leave because I complained about the noise of people around me. They asked me to leave because I complained! Stay away from this place if at all possible. Hopefully the city of Lawrenceville will close this one like they did the others in the area."
