"I’ve only been here for a little over a month but so far, the apartments are nice, great amenities, great location and for the most part, residence are respectfully. It can be a bit messy on Sundays and I wished some of the residence had the decency to clean up after themselves. Other than that, the place is awesome."

"I have been a resident at The Views at Coolray Field going on eight months now and it has been amazing! From the initial time of me taking a tour, up until now has been great. The customer service that Tierra provides is exceptional; always a smile on her face, attentive the residents needs, and quick in response to any questions you may have. The tenants are all nice and very friendly, it's quiet and peaceful at all hours or the day/night, and the valet trash service is very consistent! So far so good ..if you're looking for a nice place to stay in the Lawrenceville/Buford area The Views are IT!"
