"The attention I have received from the moment I moved into this apartment from Mariana and Calixto has been great, however the apartment itself is not in very good condition. Although they are doing their best to reduce the infestation of cockroaches in the apartment, there are still many. On the other hand, the noise between the apartments is quite uncomfortable, the walls and floors seem to be made of tin. Really the only good thing about the whole condo is the attention I received from Mariana and Calixto, as for the apartment or the complex in general, I have nothing good to say."

"Shortly after we’ve applied for this apartment, a few days later, I have received an email stated that we have been approved. I went to the office gave the $250 admin cost, applied for a renter insurance. We bought our furniture and gave the address of our apartment number for the furniture delivery. However, three days later Mariana Marquez emailed us stated that we have been approved by error. When we tried to called no one answered. When we went to the office she told us that our application is still in review. It’s been two months no one reached out to us to let us know if we’ve been denied or when can we move in and today is July 8th and we still haven’t received an answer. Stay away from this place it’s a waste of time. There’s no management, no customer service."
