"None of the utilities work and they will not help you fix them. Trash left all over the place and no one picks it up. Neighbors are extremely rude and inconsiderate. And last but not least management does not care about you! They WILL try to scam you out of money and charge others a different fee if they do not like you. Save yourself and don’t try to live here."

"I’ve only been here for 6 months and I’ve enjoyed my experience so far. The leasing agent Valentina has outstanding customer service. If there is ever an issue she is quick to resolve it. Another person id like to add is Drey the maintenance supervisor, He is quick to respond to any issues I have with the apartment and the property manager is very professional and chill as well."

"Ashford Way is a fantastic place to live!!! I have lived here for 2 years and LOVE IT!! Maintenance is very prompt and the community is very quiet. Also, the prices on the apartments are very reasonable for the Lawrenceville area. The office staff is AWESOME!!! They have games for the residents to win money off of their rent EVERY MONTH!!! Ashford Way is where you want to live."

"I stayed at this facility 1 year ago, had lived there since 2012 maybe management has changed. Hope so for the residents that live there now, people make sure you keep up with all your payments, they will go back and say that you have not paid anything. They will pretend that is not in the system, It is a small play area for kids and pool. Think they should been a little less expensive, the kitchen is small, lots of roaches, please keep your visitors to a minimum they will say they are staying too long and if you have small children make sure you have a bigger place for them because they will say it's too many living there even if you are in a 2 bedroom but you pay your rent and never been late. They pick who they want to stay there..... As for me they didn't deserve a star at all."
