"I've been here for more than three years and this place has gone downhill fast. Leasing office is open twice a week. Trash piles up in the breezeways. Facilities are ok but poorly maintained. Worst of all are the fire alarms. Every few months the fire alarm goes off in the building at 3am, sometimes several times in a night. Camden's response is to send out an email thanking us for our patience and then do precisely nothing. I don't know if they're understaffed or just don't care. Don't trust any review written before 2022. Edit: It's been 8 months since the original review and the fire alarm has gone off 3 times in the intervening months. This morning, immediately after getting an email saying Camden has finally "fixed" the system in building 1, the alarm started going off. At this point no one even leaves their apartment. I have no confidence that the alarm really works and if there really was a fire most residents would stay in their apartments and burn. The fact that this hasn't been fixed is astonishing. Camden does nothing except say that the system has been fixed every 6 months or so. It's the cheapest complex in the area by a hair and I guess Camden uses that as license to cut corners at every opportunity."

"I was apartment hunting in the Old Fourth Ward area when I stumbled upon the Camden apartments. I didn’t have an appointment, but I walked into the leasing office anyways and I’m so glad I did. Taylor Wilkes made the time to personally show me the building amenities and the available units that matched my needs. The place is phenomenal, but it was ultimately Taylor being such a stand up guy that gave me confidence in potentially moving there. Taylor, if you see this, thanks!"

"We are very unhappy, we lived in the building where the leasing office is, and is always nice and clean, but if you live in the other building you will be paying over $2.000 only for the location, the building is very confusing, dirty, and the elevator is very old, always out of service! I do not recommend, you will be stuck with your contract!"
