The renovations are top tier, community is very safe, and the management truly cares about residents’ needs, especially Dana. She is very caring and constantly keeping me up to date on any request I make and always making sure I’m having the best living experience. Big shout out to her and Magnolia Vinnings."

"Been here for 5 months now, and I’m pretty pleased compared to prior apartment experiences. If you get Katie to help you in the Leasing Office, you’re in luck! She’s a superstar. Her coworkers are super nice too. Only had one issue since moving in and they were quick to fix it. Again, I can always count on Katie to help me out since moving in"

"I pride myself on being a pragmatic and understanding person but I caution you to avoid living here if you can. I have had maintenance issues practically every month. My hot water often does not work, and often electrical components are on the fritz. Have I complained about that? No… 2 years straight i have paid my rent on time and I don’t harass the many leasing consultants because they have new ones practically every week… but 7 days ago my apartment flooded and I have not been able to live in my unit. When asked if they would prorate my rent as I am unable to occupy the residence… I was told no. When I asked when the work would be repaired… I got no straight answers. Then I spoke to a representative from The management company and she told me the same thing but said maybe we could switch units… she would give me a call back with more information and I haven’t heard from her since. When I called back… I was sent to voicemail. You can never reach the staff… I have to physically go to the leasing office to speak to anyone and I referred a family member to live here in October and still haven’t received payment for the referral. (Furthermore, the family member I referred had a leak in the ceiling shortly after moving in and had to wait several days for remediation). Overall, poor communication… terrible follow up… unprofessional and inhumane living conditions due to gross negligence sums up my experience thus far. I wish I could give 0 stars but tell me… would you be paying for this unit??"
