"I was placed here for 2 weeks by my insurance due to a burst pipe in my apartment. The suites are lovely and an “Air B&B” style which was helpful having limited luggage. The staff was very accommodating from the front desk to the breakfast buffet to housekeeping. A special nod to Alex Curah and Cameron Stanley who both went above and beyond to meet any request with a pleasant and genuine attitude. I would highly recommend Hyatt House!"

"I'm up at 2 am because the front desk decided I needed to come check in at 2 am. If we aren't checked in, how did I get keys and the card charged already? This couldn't wait til the morning. First, they gave someone else our room key and the people tried to come into the room. We weren't dressed so thank God the lock was on the room but we heard them try to get in in the middle of the night. Then the guy at the front desk calls questioning who we are. 15 minutes later he's banging on the door saying we need to come down and check in. I get down there and he won't give us his name just has the cards of the managers on the desk, doesn't offer an apology or anything but he was a scruffy looking individual working the front desk tonight. He needs retraining and the person prior to him needs retraining because why did someone try to enter my room while I'm unclothed? And they have no solution or no apology. I can't wait until the morning and hope that anyone with a brain and manners shows up to work. Until then, I do NOT recommend staying here."

"While it's in an odd place with difficulty finding a gas station/fast food as an out-of-towner, our stay was amazing!!! We were there over New Year's and every single person we encountered while there was exceptionally friendly and genuinely seemed interested in our stay. The only thing we ran into was not enough parking at the hotel - there is a garage close that they'll give you a pass for, but you have to go inside and ask about overflow parking after driving in circles. If they would explain this at check-in when they're booked up, that would be nice but it wasn't a deal breaker as We will definitely stay here every time we're in Atlanta and recommend everyone else does as well!"

"Great hotel! Love that there was a kitchen/bar in the evenings and a 24/7 snack bar. It was also very pet friendly with an area for dogs to go to the bathroom on the side of the hotel. Staff was all lovely. Very nice stay and would definitely come back."

"Had a conference that was at this facility! Spent 2 days and nights here. The conference room was perfect for the small group I was part of. The host kept is a little cool for most of us, but would rather cool than too hot. The room suite was super comfortable. Love the kitchenette! Couch is very relaxing after a long day of meetings. Alex that gentlemen that checked me in was very professional, gracious and helpful! The only problem was the down button on the 4th floor stopped working, but they found a work around. So, I took the steps which is more healthy for me anyway! Very clean! Nice place to stay!"
