"I give it 2 stars. I lived here for quite some time and the office staff was always pleasant. Deborah was always so sweet and helpful; I would give her 5 stars but not the full review. I felt safe and it was quiet or as quiet as Buckhead can be. Things were okay until I moved out. They kept my deposit and charged me more additional money. They apparently charge you $95 out of your deposit for a carpet cleaning at time of move out which they do not tell you. They charge over $20+ for minor things like washing machine having dust or dust inside the cabinets and drawers. They tell you that you can mount a TV, but what they don't tell you is they will charge you for not having the paint to paint the wall even if you caulk the holes. Another thing to note is if you ever have guests come over there is a 90% chance, they will not be able to find a spot to park. There are only 3 spots up front and 10 behind the gate for the ENTIRE complex. Rent with caution."

"Apartment management is poor with very little willingness to address. Everyone who lives here has SEVERE bug problems, but management will not do even when these are clearly structural issues. Do not trust promises made at pre-signing your lease about parking, bike racks, or storage. They will go back on these once you've moved in."

"If I could give 0 starts I would. Stay here if you like ants and don’t like having a place for you or your guest to park. If you have a one bedroom but who cars… they don’t care, you still only get one spot. Even though they have no parking spots, they still blame you and will tow your car no question. Even with all the complaints… they still don’t care. About the ants I’M TALKING ABOUT HUNDREDS, THOUSANDS…. When asked for help, the leasing office said “I use these traps” instead of having pest control come to my apartment. No one ever came from pest control … the numerous times I asked. Save yourself, do not rent here."

"Deborah is Amazing!! The apartment community is clean, beautiful, and quiet. Application process was simple and quick... can't think of wanting to rent anywhere else. Update: I had a very minor maintenance request, maintenance was there within 48 hrs. The fitness center, common areas, hallways, and community is always clean, staff is still very helpful. Yes, visitor parking is limited but it helps avoid too many cars parked everywhere & it feels safer walking about the community. Compared to other apartments, this is as good as it gets for the reasonable amount of rent you pay."
