They were responsive to any problems or concerns that came up over time and always made sure everyone was ok. Id still live here if I didn't move away from Atlanta."

"AVOID, WORST COMMUNITY I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. The biggest issues with this place were: 1. Urine and feces from dogs everywhere. From October to December I emailed the leasing office 10 times about urine/feces throughout the building. They were usually apologetic but have done nothing to solve the problem except send out emails. They are almost no security cameras so although they threaten fines, it’s an empty threat because there’s no way to catch whoever is letting their dogs do this and not cleaning it up. 2. Noise from surrounding bars. The Pour taproom, Lock and Key, Guac y Margs, and other nearby bars are VERY loud on nights and weekends. Interlock has an off-hours line to report noise complaints, but that never did anything. I would not recommend living here if you enjoy relaxing, quiet evenings. It may be better on a high floor on the back side of the building, but avoid living above the bars themselves!! 3. Smoking. Neighbors were constantly smoking in their apartments, in the building common areas, and on the outdoor breezeways where apartment entrances are located. Again, the leasing office would send emails asking people to stop, but that never did anything. 4. Recycling is an issue. Glass is not allowed to be recycled (note that this is a violation of City of Atlanta Code Section 130-38). Also, there are no recycling bins (also a violation of City of Atlanta Code Section 130-38). There is a tiny, single room for the entire complex where people are told to put recycling on the floor, which meant it was always a mess and sometimes I couldn’t even open the door because boxes were stuck behind it. I also hated the “valet trash”, which meant my neighbors left stinky trash bags in the hallways (often not inside the trash bins they were supposed to use). After 5 months, we gave up and forked over 2 months rent to get out of that horrible place. For such expensive, “luxury” living, I was absolutely shocked!"

"I initially toured online in May, although I don’t remember whom I spoke to via the phone during this timeframe but she was very helpful in answering all my questions. She even informed me a 2-bedroom had just become available after I mentioned preferring a 2-bedroom. Once I actually toured the property, I fell in love with the gyms, modern amenities and location. The light fixtures and island give the apartment a chic look. When I moved in I communicated often with Mrs. Jessica Brodie at the leasing office. She’s been amazing to work with, such a great spirit and always eager to help as soon as you walk into leasing office. If I have a question she don’t know the answer to right away Mrs. Brodie would get back to me in a timely manner with a response. My only complaint would be there's no freight elevator or option to lock an elevator for moving purposes. This slows down the process when moving in and out."

"I LOVE Windsor Interlock. What I LOVE is how convenient this community is when it comes to a good time! Atlantic station, State Farm Arena, are 15-20 minutes away. All the eateries out side my door is the best; Humble Pie is my favorite! Most importantly the staff at Windsor Interlock are so friendly, and welcoming; this type of hospitality is everything! The maintenance staff always work in a timely manner. Thanks for your hard work!"

"I initially toured back late April and had a very thorough tour with Amalia. I fell in love with the property and I already knew I’d love the location because I currently lived 2 blocks over at a nearby luxury apartment community. Fast forward a month and the day before I needed to move because my lease was ending, I went back to Interlock’s website and behold there was a top floor unit, exterior facing one bedroom just like I wanted! I immediately walked over and Amalia greeted me again with a smile. I asked how quickly I could move in and she said by tomorrow as long as I get all the application paperwork and payments done. I went up to see the unit and I was right, it was perfect! I decided to go with the A1 floor plan with 804 square feet. I love the space it provides, the nest thermostat, smart GE appliances and the huge bathroom and bedroom. I face west so needless to say, my apartment is so sunny! I’m totally in love. The amenities: infinity pool with skyline views, grills, cabanas, 2-story fitness center, co-working space/club room, did I say sauna, steam room and massage room? Please know I’ve been living my most luxurious life I have ever lived and I’m from DC, lived in Los Angeles for four years and have been in Atlanta since 2007 and lived all over. This is my best experience yet! If you’re looking for a new apartment, you’d be doing yourself a favor by touring at the Windsor Interlock with Amalia or Tomorrow (that’s her name, how cool!).
