The leasing office staff (and maintenance) are always friendly and understanding, and we appreciate how genuine they are when it comes to helping residents with moving logistics, packages, etc. Definitely recommend living here!!"

Leasing office staff is amazing, maintenance is incredible, amenities were top tier, location is unbeatable. We were sad to leave, and only did so because we bought a place. "Very satisfied with the 4 years living at Walton Westside. Wonderful leasing office staff with prompt communication about any issue in the community. The office informs us of any routine maintenance, garage repairs, etc. ahead of time. They follow up with updates regularly to keep us in the loop. Maintenance: Kevin is great. Maintenance requests are easy to submit on the app, requests are completed within a day, and Keven leaves notes on what was done if no one was home when he repaired. Safety: we had ~2 vehicle break-in incidents in the past 4 years. The leasing office immediately added more security cameras after the first break-in. After the second time, there was an additional security officer. The garage gate breaks sometimes, and recently, the security officer is watching closely at the vehicles entering the complex. Elevator: 2/3 elevators were broken when the building was struck by lightening. The leasing office kept updating us about what is broken and when it will be fixed. Even though it took a while, the leasing office has done a great job with receiving packages in the mailroom and communicating with the elevator manufacturer. Amenity: Beautiful view on the roof, grills at 3 locations, pool, gym, etc."
