They work to get to know their residents & create a welcoming environment. La Shun Wimby is absolutely wonderful. She has come to work on various maintenance issues for me & always does a great job. She is prompt & will go out of her way to help the residents. Monroe is a great apartment, but the staff make it a fabulous place to live."
