"MOLD AND ROACHES SENT ME TO THE HOSPITAL WITH ASTHMA I STILL DEAL WITH!! If you value your health do not move here! I got sicker and sicker over the course of 2 years until I was hospitalized for almost a week on oxygen due to “the worst case of mold I’ve ever seen,” according to an environmental consultant. They also never raked leaves so probably about 2 ft of leaves full of mold piled up around my apartment. I spent hundreds on pest control to try to control the roaches but they just got worse and the landlord continued to gas light me about me. The pest control wanted to spray toxic spray that would kill my pets! My pets also got asthma which could’ve killed them! The mold was so bad the walls were full of wood rot. I still struggle with asthma I’ve never had in my life, I’m an athlete and this nearly ruined my health. I missed countless hours of work. I talked to neighbors and found out they had asthma too. The AC constantly leaked into the carpet which they never replaced and didn’t want to replace the AC either until the maintenance man had enough of the landlord special. A carpet company sloppily “cleaned” the carpet which was still wet for weeks. They knocked my plants all over the carpet too. Every plant I tried to grow nearly died. The sink leaked and the wood underneath became soaked with mold which they didn’t want to replace. I had roaches crawling on me at night and leaf blowers waking me up at 8 am every morning by landscapers who don’t pick up their leaves. The neighbor next door stayed up 4 am every night BLASTING his tv which the landlord never did anything about. They left a parking block loose with the metal nail sticking up which I couldn’t see and nearly took my bumper off. When my toliet was clogged the plumber let it overflow everywhere they put the item stuck in the drain on my front doorknob. I ended up having to throw out over $3,000 of personal belongings including my mattress because everything was so saturated with mold it would’ve infected my new place. I could go on for days about how much of a crook the landlord is taking advantage of poor people. He wanted to raise the rent like $150 after I’d lived there for 1 year. I lost nearly everything I owned, my health, and almost lost my pets. Go to hell Indian Ridge!"

"Love love love my new apartment. Originally moved into a studio and it was perfect but recently decided I wanted a little more space so I asked for a one bedroom. One month later I was given a few options and I was moved into my new place quicky and easily. They made it as easy as possible and I appreciate it. The apartments are a little older but very loved and taken care of. Any problems and they are on it right away. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet piece of paradise."

"The property manager is responsive to emails and maintenance requests are handled the same day. The tenants are extremely noisy! I made a complaint to the property manager and he was supposed to do something about it, but it got worse. UPDATE The A/C unit is terrible. It's what you'd find in a hotel room. There is mold/mildew in the vents that I can't clean, despite using cleaner specifically for that. Because it's so hot in the apartment, there is an odd substance that I've noticed on the closet walls and hall door trims. UPDATE 2 Tenants walk their dogs and don't pick up after them. Some of them will even let the dog do their business in front of your apartment, so when you walk out your door or sit on your patio, you'll smell it!"

"Nice property located right off of Capital Circle behind the CVS. There is a lake view, and the grounds are pretty well updated. The inside of the apartments are pretty much all the same, so if you have seen one, you've seen them all. Good apartment at a decent price."

"This community is turning into the ghetto. My car was damaged because of people fighting and falling all over it. I had to clean up broken beer bottles all the time from the parking lot to avoid myself and my dog from being cut. My gutters were so nasty, there were vines growing from them. There were shots fired one day and I constantly had a crowd of people smoking and drinking and loitering in front of my door! Also, there was black mold growing in the ventilation. Not to mention, there was almost a whole year that went by before I saw pest control. Needless to say, I was NOT happy! I gave them one star only because the first manager was really, really nice and then she left and all hell broke loose!"
