"We visit family here and find it to be clean and neat and we feel safe going there and parking our vehicle. Their apartment is clean and makes good use of space. There is a problem with back up into the dishwasher so they can't use that and their dryer does not work due to something with the venting system. There was also a hole in one of the closet that my daughter in law fixed on her own. They have gotten to the point where they don't even ask for assistance anymore. The complex though is quite welcoming."

"These apartments are big and affordable. I love it here. I have been here for 9 months now and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The property manager Brandy is always so helpful. I've never had a maintenance problem that hasn't been fixed the same day. Even on a Friday afternoon, they go above and beyond to make sure you get help when you need it. The pest control is the best of any apartment I've lived in. They do special neighborhood activities and give out things from time to time which also sets them apart from other places. Love it!"
