"Two days ago, I stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed by the friendly receptionists Mrs. Sierra Jackson and Mrs. Zukiera Pearson. They were very kind and professional in helping me out with everything I asked. Their smiles made me feel at home. I went to the restaurant Mrs. Zukiera recommended; it was excellent and we enjoyed the dinner very much. I want to also commend the nice young gentlemen who served the breakfast. Although the breakfast was not rich, his great service made it up: a clean environment, warm food, and sufficient supplies. Additionally, the place was clean and updated, very comfortable, and a big room. It is indeed like a hidden jewel but conveniently located in a place adjacent to the Mall and a good choice of restaurants. I will stay there again when the time comes. Thank you all for the great service."

"I can’t begin to express how kind, welcoming ands polite the entire staff is. We’ve stayed here twice and both times had wonderful experiences. The only reason I can’t say 5 star is that the rooms need some attention. For example, outlets need replacing as they don’t all hold the chargers. If you need a firm or thick pillow to sleep, you’re out of luck there too. Fitness room has missing and non working equipment too. Would stay again based solely on staff. There’s a mall, Chuck ee cheese and Buffalo Wild Wings in walking distance."
