"Breakfast was hit or miss, but that was the only reason I didn't give a full 5stars. Beds were very comfortable, room had enough space to move around. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and kind."

"Clayton at the Dothan Alabama location was amazing! I had 2 complaints that were immediately taken care of and then some. Rooms are clean and staff are helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again if in the area"

"Appeared to recently remodeled. All new. Beds outstanding, most comfortable. Very pleasant and helpful associates. Good basic hot breakfast. But building hard to spot from main highway, not facing the highway. Road construction made for difficult access. But we'll be back for sure. One if the best and reasonably priced."

"Low review rating for 3 main reasons. First the hotel is under renovation, so things like the pool, weight room and other areas are out of service. When I called to book and visited the website, there is no mention of this, but they’ll gladly charge you their average rate. Second, can’t use credit cards for security deposit? This is the first hotel I’ve heard of this doing this. So now if your hotel systems get hacked, my debit card information is at risk. Management, people like credit cards because most companies reimburse for stolen information. Lastly is the breakfast experience. The staff members were watching an r rated show/ movie with the presence of customers (I had a 2 year old there). Instead of stocking items that were gone, she was sitting there enjoying her show. My 2 year old doesn’t need to see someone being brutally murdered and hearing the F word repeatedly. Overall I won’t stay here again. After reading reviews, the same response from management tells me they don’t care about feedback. Just your hard earned cash!"
