"Rooms were pretty good locks secured well but oh the shower was like a pressure washer but I managed. I don’t know if they service the room every day but I only recalled them coming by to spray and pick up garbage. The location is near it all but the Main Street there 231 N is hell to navigate around. So I do 3 stars because for the price I didn’t really see the worth as much. But it’s cool"

"Blood in room 224 both beds five mins after opening the door and lifting sheets to try to go to sleep since we in town all week for work helping people with there roof damage . We decided to rent a room but this one had blood on floors and sheets and hairs in floor also air smelled like weed and a blunt paper on the floor bye fridge we called up front and the nice older lady running office n having to bring use sheets suggested a change in room 226 but the next door room she switched us too fridge don’t work and also had more blood on sheets one bed and blood on floors also very dirty floors dead roach on floor and we had her bring us clean sheets and we were so tired and decided to take the fridge out and bring the one from the older room due to the fact that no more smoking rooms were available and we had already paid for the night we are stuck with the room now after two rooms n no sleep we jus stuck it out after my brother helped the old lady switch fridges if they had working appliances like microwave and fridge but stains in one room clean sheets on one bed but dirty on the other no working appliances we took it upon our self to change the appliances that work into the almost cleaner room jus to sleep in the room it was heavy n not easy but the old lady is all alone with one owner six months pregnant so nice people disgusting rooms n ya I agree I don’t think they changed the sheets only wiped the sink bath tub floors appliances all dirty non working n dirty I had a two bed queen room one bed for me the other for my brother I will not be able to leave any good review due to the lack of cleaning and broken appliances and the breakfast is not hot it’s a bag of water and a muffin that is all they give for breakfast also vending machine if u pay for Dr Pepper the machine spits out Pepsi but they gave me back the two bucks I paid but the chip machine gets stuck so have to Shake it to drop don’t recommend for stay with children or family members who could get sick easy especially with COVID or asthma or allergies very nice front desk lady but a zero star in rating for us if I could get my money back I would pay the extra money to sleep in another hotel room that has better service and clean rooms not here I will be speaking to manger in the morning to ask for a refund"

"The location was good but it seemed like this hotel has a new owner because I used to love staying there. I just came back to my hometown from Atlanta to surprise my family and my hotel room floor was dirty and the remote that was in the room was the wrong type of remote and I couldn't watch TV. The front lobby gave me another remote and it did not work on the TV also, the microwave was dirty and it wasn't worth my time. I will not stay there ever again."

"I'm normally not a complainer but this needs to be addressed. I Do not recommend for long stay. Maybe 1-2 night max. We are staying here currently for 8 days and it's taking everything in me to not leave here. If I hadn't already paid for the room, I would be going somewhere else. The room is FILTHY, like disgusting. I don't think they even cleaned it before we arrived. They either need to really have a talk with the cleaning ladies or fire them and hire people that will actually clean the room. It looks like from other reviews, this is an ongoing problem. The floors are the most filthy floors I have ever stepped on. They need to be swept and mopped. I will not walk around on these floors without shoes. I spilled some water accidentally and after cleaning it up the rag was black! Disgusting! We can tell the sheets were not changed because there was dirt in them the first night. The comforter is stained. You can also tell the bathroom has not been cleaned...probably ever. There are other people's hair in it and just very dirty. The floor in there is also disgusting. Only thing that has probably been wiped down was the sink. I guess you get what you pay for. I will be addressing all of this to a manager before we leave. I will also show the black rag as well. The cleaning ladies need to do their job. I will not be leaving any kind of tip for them. The only good thing I can say is that the front desk workers are very polite."
