"Not sound proof walls or ceiling. Neighbors marching and grinding is so noisy. Unable to rest. It’s not worth the price paid. The leasing agent is unprofessional. April one of the leasing agent very unprofessional. Wears clothing covered with dog hair. Doesn’t want to work to rent, she hardly show any apartment. When leasing she didn’t have everything together. Kept getting calls with last minute Notice to complete. Example she wanted to get leasing papers signed while both people at work, within 20 min of her call. She wanted energy service started when energy services is closed in town. Renters Insurance was not mentioned until after rented place. Surprise. Management score zero in organized leasing journey process. She talks to the very one as if they are off the street. With the amount rent collected company should be able to employ well paid professional That treats tenants like humans. On plus side, Facility it self is new and good idea new features added love that."
