"Stayed here about 3 years ago. The rental lady Sarah was understanding. The maintenance man keeps everything updated. My stay was nice. I loved pine hill. It was very quite. Some folks was super nosey. Hopefully the nosey cat lady ain't there anymore. Affordable rent was the best part."

"Moved out a month early and signing an agreement to pay a half months rent to do so , and after paying and moving out they put another half’s month rent into collections knowing I had moved out of state and wasn’t informed and never received anything from my deposit, predatory and unprofessional"

"Worst management ever, when it came time for my fiancee to leave,they thought it would be nice to charge for everything under the moon even though she is the cleanest person ever. It's cheap to live there but you'll never see your safety deposit back. You won't have a pest free house unless you hire a pest company your self. I honestly couldn't be anymore disappointed,I wouldn't send my worse enemy here. Oh yeah just to make sure y'all know, management is the worse. The person we dealt was the worse. I don't recommend this pace at all."
