"Being a "choice rewards memeber" ( Diamond), I assumed I would be helped since I lost my card before arriving. I explained to the front desk clerk and wasn't met with any solution. Cold! That's the only word to describe the staff...9 hours from home without a way to secure the room deposit. Room was already paid for...the deposit. What's the point on being a reward member if you can't be helped in a situation as such. I'm totally disappointed for the cold treatment over a deposit. Definitely won't be staying here again. No help at all."

"I came here just got a one night stay, the lady at the front desk was friendly, however the room cleanliness is HORRIBLE. Stains in the fridge as if it was never cleaned out, stains on the desk/ desk chair never even looked like someone tried to clean it, gnats, killed a baby roach right before it was time for bed, and to top it off seen this little bug crawling on the sheets which caused my fiancé and I to inspect the entire bed (can only upload a photo because it won’t let me post the actual video) but luckily that was the only one we seen on the bed. Could have done better with the money that was spent, but next time I won’t be returning."

"This hotel is central to all the things to do in Warner Robins. It's not too far from the interstate, but far enough to avoid highway traffic. Lots of great food and shopping nearby. The hotel was very clean, had decent food for breakfast, and the staff was wonderful. They paid extra attention to our grandson. The suite we got was big, well maintained, and very comfortable. The old plane photos matched the decor nicely and our grandson was very pleased with them. The pool area as very clean, and the mini gym well maintained. The only negative experience to the hotel is the fact that a week later, the security deposit we paid hasn't yet been returned. We left the room clean and even swept the floors before we left. So why that takes so long is beyond me...."
