"Kasi Crawford is the property manager here. I moved in back in October and I have had issues with ac leaking, fridgerator not working and her walking into my apartment while I'm working, without permission. Kasi Crawford lives in Florida and goes by Florida laws. Also although the listed price is $675 including water, she still charges certain Tenants like myself, a $75 water fee on top of the $675 rent. I have also requested a key to my back door, since I've moved here and she still hasn't given it to me. Which makes me uncomfortable to live here but I can't leave my security deposit and first month's rent behind. She is very discriminatory and non ethical."
