"I am dissatisfied with the service I've experienced at this place. Since moving in a month ago, I've had to request maintenance four times, including addressing mold resulting from a water heater issue. Rather than promptly resolving the problem, they opted to impose a $99 maintenance fee for an issue that should have been addressed before permitting move-ins."

"This the response, there is no court filing because rent is not behind, we were charged multiple fees that we have been disputing, this company will try to make people look bad but every Maintence person they have hired said they are rude in the office and doesn’t want to pay them to fix the homes properly, believe me this company is nothing but a bunch is fraud and I will continue to let people know not to use this company and keep all email correspondence because we have them all. You can stop by the house and see the damage that they don’t fix!!! I hope there’s court because if that is the case believe me I have all documents and conversations to show how crooked you guys are!"
"I literally said I was going to wait until the lease was completely done because this company would find ways to push you out. From the time I moved into this property it has been a nightmare, work orders would go in like clockwork and they would make it seem like they are working on and send people over who are just doing a quote with no follow up. Wanda is the rude and truly don't care about anyone, this company manages slums of landlords. I had mold in my home for 10 months that is just getting fixed because I called the owner of the property. This house has had severe water damage, the ceiling is falling apart in different areas of the house, a window that still isn't fixed, doors that have spaces in between so we have to look over our shoulders for spiders of all sizes and whatever creepy thing, the vents that never has been cleaned since we have arrived. Lights that spark or just won't turn on, i have large crack in my downstairs bathroom that literally welcomes in ants. When I told Wanda about this before she stated that I act like I am buying the house. Did I also mentioned that they charged us for a new stove that caught on FIRE on its own, even after the fire department rewrote the report they still refused to take it off. Keep in mind I was also charged to pay the plumber once because they claimed that the person who installed my washer and driver did it wrong, when it was a leak. How do i know well that same leak created Mold in the walls of the washroom. Wanda showed up to my house unannounced and when I ask her who was the gentlemen she refused to tell me and walk off saying that I am refusing to let her in. I am not surprised if Charlene quit she was the only one that had some common sense. They can say I was late a few times and I was, there was layoffs and job lost in my home but we communicated and let them know everything that went on but we have never gone two and three months not even a month without paying the rent. It is still no reason to subject tenants the way we have, RUN! Don't go with this company I can tell you there are plenty of companies that will work with you and treat way better. You have rights and you can report them to the right channels. Keep emails of everything take pictures of all work orders because they love changing portals and take pictures of everything before work and after work and before you move in and after. These people will charge you for anything they do not want to pay for."
"I came down from Florida to help my sick friend, who was having multiple surgeries and also going through a divorce. She needed assistance to help paying bills and other utilities and I tried to help the best way I can. I resided there for a month and also tried to help her as a single mother to keep a roof over her and her children's heads. I moved my children here from South Carolina only to have to move them back within one month I can't work because I have multiple hereniated discs and arthritis and nerve damage so I can only provide so much assistance I signed at least with my friend to help her keep a roof over his head and within 2 weeks of the lease they demanded $1,850..and within the two weeks they also sent an eviction notice that we just signed the lease a few days prior. I told them to take my name off the lease because to me that was not fair I was just signing a new lease. And all I kept getting was bills. They have no consideration for anybody's well-being and they're all about their money if I knew that this company was like this I would have never signed at least with them I left September 1st and is still getting built for the full amount for September. I will not ever be recommending this company to anyone that I know in Georgia"
