"I always choose a Marriott when possible and this is a good location. The front desk is always nice and attentive. The location is great. Right off the interstate and around a lot of restaurants if you are visiting."
"Great Staff!! Without exception, we were treated with care and compassion. My daughter was on a business trip and came down with a bad case of the flu. I drove 5 hours to take care of her, thinking we might have to go to the ER. From letting me in the door at midnight, to giving us extra quiet during the day, to allowing a late checkout so she could prepare to drive 14 hours home, at each encounter they asked how was she, and showed genuine care and concern for us. Every member of the staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind. I left feeling like we had family in Georgia! I am sorry I don't remember their names, but please thank them for their kindness and humanity during this difficult time. The hotel is beautiful and clean, but the Staff Impressed me the most!"
"The room was very nice. The service was horrible. Front desk person acted as if I was a bother. Went to the Bistro to ask about the meals, the lady behind the counter was talking to people at the bar, and completely ignored us. Said she would be right with us, then continued to yak. We finally just walked away and went out to eat. Won’t be returning to this location."
"Need hot water, ice machine, and functioning TV controls! Staff was very polite and accommodating; room was decent and clean. Although room has an ice bucket, there are no ice machines. You must bother the front desk to search for ice in the employee areas. The remote turned the TV on, but not off, and not down. The buttons on the TV also did not function. The TV was stuck shouting vacation suggestions at top volume until I unplugged the input cord. The shower was cold. The highest temperature was below lukewarm. My experience fell short of the expected standard of the Marriott brand."
"The rooms were clean. Remotes were missing their backs and tape covered where they should have been. Pool was out of service along with ice machines. Located right next to Sam’s Club which is the main reason we booked this hotel."
