"My boyfriend left at 8 am in the morning to go to a meeting and I chose to sleep in and right after he left as Im sitting on the edge of the bed getting ready the staff opens my door. They didn’t even knock. They just assumed nobody else was there. I felt so vulnerable that they would NOT knock and stand there looking at me wheelie I was indecent! I had to yet HEY GET OUT! for them to shut door."

"I should’ve stayed away the first two times ! I definitely will NOT be returning considering the fact I spent over $17,000 Within a month there. Staff can be very unprofessional. Compulsive liars yet non confrontational. Housekeeping comes every 2-3 days they definitely didn’t deserve my hard working money and won’t EVER GET IT AGAIN! I’ve NEVER been to a business where as a customer you have to play your “roll” they tend to treat people as if they have nowhere else to go. Staff lie on customers and eachother it’s just a HOT MESS!!!!!! Tried Booking online and was still in DRAMA .I’m just glad I get to save my money now and spend it on businesses and a home that is worth it. What goes around comes around you don’t treat people any kind of way you never know who you’re dealing with."

"We would stay here when visiting my parents but won’t anymore. The beds and shower are usually clean and they take pets so that’s why we settled for them. But the floor, counters, and everything else is dingy and not wiped. Most doors are broken at the bottom with at least a 4 inch gap and BUGS run in and out. The staff I encountered up until this last experience was usually friendly. The assistant manager is rude. We had 2 reservations. They made it into two because I used point for the first night and paying for the next two. They wanted us to check back in before 11 or they would lock our items in storage. They have an $80 cash deposit on the room for me. They were informed I was staying 3 nights. We have stayed there numerous times and my card is on file for the new reservation through choice. We had to leave our appointments to come and get our things out of the room. Instead of just locking the door until I came and checked in and reinstate my key they demanded we come by 12 bc they don’t honor the choice member 2pm late check out privileges. Needless to say. This place won’t get our money or anyone we bring into town with us ever again. Nor will any other Quality Inn or hotel owned by this group."

"Stopped to find a place to rest from driving so long . The location was right off the interstate a plus for convenience. The Lady at the front desk was kind and helpful.After that it was disgusting, stains on the sheets , bed comforter, from God knows what ! Smelled moldy curtains were dirty. Shower stall walls were dirty .The toilet wasn’t safe moved around .The longer I stood there the more disgusted and unsafe I felt . Several shady like people hanging around . I would not recommend anyone to stay there. It’s not safe and very unclean ."

"The location was peaceful with lots of stores and dining areas. The staff was nice. The room wasn’t the best. There was hair on bed sheets and pillow. Hair on shower curtains. Black dirty shower head. Dirty floors. Uncomfortable knowing how dirty it was but managed to get good rest."
