"Been here for about a week, so far I'm very pleased with the experience. Price and location is great, you aren't paying the price that apartments cost farther north, but the street feels/looks relatively safe for being in East Columbus. Emily and Tory are very professional and easy to work with. Every work order I've submitted for broken items in my apartment have been fixed within 24 hrs. The complex is very quiet, I rarely see or hear any other tenants. The apartment itself is very clean, all appliances are up to date. Very cosy."
