"Applied in December 2022, was denied with no phone call or explanation why. Tried to speak to a property manager and never got a response. Paid $400 and never received a refund as promised can not get a response to any calls,text, or voicemails and it’s been 8 months. Frank Ramirez and the whole company itself is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AND APPLY HERE !"

"Applied in earlier December. Spoke to the office before applying. Paid $400 didnt receive an email about the decision had to log into the portal to find out, wasn’t give reason why. Emailed mgmt was given an email address to email someone else . No respond no refund of the $250 as promise if denied . I feel as though this was a total cash grab . Very disappointed. The young lady I spoke to in the office before applying was really nice very disappointed at how things went ."
