"It's a disgusting place to live, since it doesn't have the updated system, yesterday my apartment was invaded to show it to someone (the apartment has an active contract until May 2023). In addition to being always dirty, the Hall smells bad. I moved in May to enjoy the pool, the pool was always closed for maintenance. there are several problems with the people who work there because the staff has changed several times since I live and they never realize what is going on"

"DO NOT MOVE THERE!!! DO NOT MOVE THERE!!! DO NOT MOVE THERE!!! I have been living there since 2014, and now I am lucky that my lease was ended in July 2018. It was a good place to live until it recently switched to a new management. I could immediately feel the negative change of service, office staff not friendly any more (maintenance guy from legacy still good), office hour shortened making it hard to deal with the office on weekdays, Their contact phone could NEVER reach the real person, and it just goes to the voice mail. They NEVER respond to the voicemail. The online chat system is outsourced, and the chat agent can only send the office message, BUT THEY NEVER respond either. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they are NOT HONEST any more. THREE MONTHS after I left, they STILL DID NOT send me the deposit refund. I called them more then 10 times, and I wrote them more than 10 Emails, and I chatted more than 10 times, THEY JUST DO NOT WANT to refund. IT IS NOT ABOUT any dispute over the deposit and cleanning charge. WE have already AGREED the refund number. THEY JUST WANT TO STEAL MY MONEY!!!!"
